Die Darshana Upanishad (Sanskrit - IAST: Darśana Upaniṣad) gehört zu den kleineren Upanishaden. Weitere Namen sind Yoga Darshana Upanishad, Jabala Darshana Upanishad, Jābāladarṣana Upanishad und Darśanopaniṣad.
Sie wird den Yoga - Upanishaden und dem Samaveda zugerechnet.
Der Text behandelt in 10 Abschnitten den Yoga im Sinne von Hatha Yoga und Ashtanga Yoga im Rahmen einer Erörterung zwischen Dattatreya und dem Weisen Sankriti.
